Welcome to your twenty-eighth day of this daily practice! You made it!!! Woohoo!

Today’s meditation, and the last meditation of this series, is below. Find a comfortable seat or a good place to remember all you’ve been through over the last month. Take a few breaths in and out at a rhythm just right for you. Enjoy your own silence first and notice whatever is present at the beginning of this guided practice. When you are ready, listen to the recording.
