28 Days of Meditation: Day #25, Breathe & Let Go

Welcome to your twenty-fifth day of this daily practice! Today’s meditation is below. Find a comfortable seat or a good place to be with your breath. Enjoy your breathing for a few cycles, at a rhythm just right for you. Be with your own silence first and notice whatever is present at the beginning of this guided practice. When you are ready, listen to the recording.

As this sacred time comes to a close, notice again how you are. What draws your attention?
