Welcome to your twenty-second day of this daily practice! Today’s meditation is below. Find a comfortable seat or a good place feel the presence of anger. Take a few breaths in and out at a rhythm just right for you. Enjoy your own silence first and notice whatever is present at the beginning of this guided practice.
