Thank you to all who gathered! We...

  • had ample space for silence
  • explored meditative wellness
  • enjoyed a beautiful snowy garden
  • relaxed into a lying down meditation
  • shared in community and satsang (question and answer)
  • practiced walking meditation
  • learned about breathwork
  • journaled
Winter Pinecones Snow

This retreat was held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 10am - 3pm

at Ten Stones, 100 Ten Stones Circle, Charlotte, VT.

We settled into a spacious and lovely gathering room with kitchen and bathroom. A heater kept us cozy. There was a beautiful garden and trails for walking, even in the icy snow.

2025 Winter Retreat Reviews:

I was so grateful to experience this winter meditation retreat. Rain is truly amazing at what she does, and it was so special to practice in a beautiful environment surrounded by such welcoming and respectful people. This retreat opened my eyes to how meditation can help me better understand myself, protect my peace, and truly listen to my inner voice. I learned that these factors are essential to cultivate within myself before building meaningful relationships with others. The retreat also taught me how to slow down and be present with my thoughts. It’s never too late to start meditating because every moment is a new beginning!
