Weekly Meditation Group

NEW TIMES!!! Stillwater Meditation now meets every Wednesday and Thursday at noon, Pacific Time. In person, online, and phone participation welcome! Physical address: Rain Elizabeth Healing Arts, 333 Miller Avenue, Suite 7G, Mill Valley, California 94941. For online or phone participation, please see information below. Thank you!

  • Please arrive at 11:45 to check in and get settled. Thank you!

Wednesday Group: There is space for each participant to check in just prior to the start of our group. We settle into silence at noon. Some guidance is offered along the way, inspired by the group interest and need. Sharing and questions are welcome at the close of our circle as we end our hour long, weekly practice.

All participants and subscribers receive a link to the recent guided meditations. This gives everyone some ongoing spiritual support to practice and grow with. All meditations are unique, original, and created in the moment.

Thursday Class: This is a new offering inspired by a request for more teaching, more sharing directly from me. Each week, a lesson or special learning will be offered. The class will build upon itself, meaning what comes before will allow us to go deeper into conscious spirituality as is right for the sangha as a whole.

$15 per drop in group, $45 per month or $350 annually.
