Weekly Meditation Group

Stillwater Meditation Meets Thursdays at 12:00pm Pacific Time, Online and by Phone!

We are not meeting on Thursday, June 25th. Thank you for making note of this exception.

  • Please arrive up to 5 minutes prior to the start of the group to check in and get settled. We appreciate your punctuality!

Group Structure: While the group is still small, there is space for each participant to check in at the start of our group, beginning at noon. We settle into silence around 12:15pm, beginning the formal part of our meditation which lasts a half hour. Some guidance is offered along the way, inspired by the group interest and personal requests. Sharing and questions are welcome at the close of our circle as we end our time together.

All participants and subscribers receive a link to a collection of guided meditations. This collection revolves over time and usually includes the most recent meditation. Listening to these recordings gives ongoing spiritual support to practice and grow with. All meditations are unique, original, and created in the moment for the specific people present in the group that day.

Online and by phone: Stillwater Meditation is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. If you have not used Zoom before, you will need to download the software. If you are using a mobile device, an app is available from your app store. You will need all applicable passwords to get into your app account.
