  • Please arrive up to 5 minutes prior to the start of the group to check in and get settled. We appreciate your punctuality!

Group Structure: While the group is still small, there is space for each participant to check in at the start of our group, beginning at 12:30pm. We settle into silence around 12:45pm, beginning the formal part of our meditation which lasts around a half hour. Some guidance is offered along the way, inspired by the group interest and personal requests. Sharing and questions are welcome at the close of our circle as we end our time together.

All participants and subscribers receive a link to a collection of guided meditations. This collection revolves over time and usually includes the most recent meditation. Listening to these recordings gives ongoing spiritual support to practice and grow with. All meditations are unique, original, and created in the moment for the specific people present in the group that day.
