28 Days of Meditation: Day #18, Rest With What Is

Welcome to your eighteenth day of this daily practice! Today’s meditation is below. Find a comfortable seat or a safe place to rest. Take a few breaths in and out at a rhythm just right for you. Enjoy your own silence first and notice whatever is present at the beginning of this guided practice. When you are ready, listen to the recording.

“Rest With What Is” is 4 minutes, 27 seconds long. There is a bell at the beginning and end of this offering.

As this sacred time comes to a close, notice again how you are. What draws your attention?
If you can, witness the awareness that is you. Stay in meditation as long as you would like.

Namaste.
