Parenting & Family Services

Whatever is in your heart about being a parent or caregiver will be listened to, honored, and deeply considered. A simple, clear, and thoughtful approach to parenting and the self care needed to do so well is shared through sessions in person or online. Brief phone conversations supplement our regular work together. Practical tools and suggestions are given to try in your own way and own time, with the follow through necessary to discover what works best for you and your loved ones. Conception, postpartum, family decision making, nursing/weaning, school searches, sibling relations, multi-generational relationships, anxiety, depression, anger, boundaries, emotions, eating styles, daily routines, rituals and celebrations, sleep, attunement, intimacy, and sexuality are all examples of parenting issues successfully addressed. Many theorists have influenced this work, including Patty Wipfler’s Parenting by Connection approach to nourishing the sacred space that is family. Parenting groups are coming soon!
